There was a conversation around the size of the unit and the price. Joseph and Nate handled it absolutely professionally and I am very happy with the quality pf their service. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind. An update after one year: I’ve been using this storage facility’s service for the past year now and I cannot even point to a small problem so far. Whenever I had a question, it costed me only a few minutes and a phone call where Ebony would address whatever you may need in the most professional and at the same time, kind manner.

Thank you Chris! I arrived a few minutes early and Chris was quick to assist me with access to my storage unit as I was transitioning from one apartment to the other and the movers were there to pick up things. Chris is very polite, friendly very helpful easily willing to jump in and help us.! Pleasure meeting you! As far as the facility, I rented there for a year clean, easy to access and I’m unpacking my stuff as we speak no issues, but I think that I stored there!

I store green has been a great experience. Ebony is such an Angel. I am very sad they transferred her to a different location. Im not sure how customer service will continue because Ebony has set the bar high
