I don't mean to criticize the workers, they are fine. However, I strongly believe that this facility shouldn't be operational. Twice already, the pipes have burst due to heavy freezing, causing water damage to my stored items and others' as well. I suggest that you invest a little extra and choose a newly built storage facility instead.

I don't mean to criticize the workers, they are fine. However, I strongly believe that this facility shouldn't be operational. Twice already, the pipes have burst due to heavy freezing, causing water damage to my stored items and others' as well. I suggest that you invest a little extra and choose a newly built storage facility instead.
