My UPDATED REVIEW! I am editing my review and re evaluating up to 5 stars. Chauncey from Management was kind enough to reach out and assure me that the matter at hand would be cleared up. (Thank You). I thank everyone that paid attention and reached out to me in order resolve my concerns. The misunderstanding originated from Gotham Mini Storage, as they MIS- communicated dates, rates, promos, and general logistics with THEIR Loss of Lease/MOVE! I greatly appreciate the time that was dedicated to my concern. Claudia you are amazing, you held the burnt of the communications. I can see you managing the entire company some day, you were always so pleasant, kind, clear, concise and reassuring that all would be resolved. Thank you. My ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am only giving a ONE star review because I’m having an over charge issue that I can’t seem to get rectified. I will say the front end staff is great, Miss Claudia, and various young gentleman that have attended to my concerns have been attentive , polite, and patient with my concerns. They get 5 stars, as well as the physical facility itself. Beautiful clean facility, easy doings, just one major issue which I will explain below. OVERCHARGE obviously a misunderstanding. My one star review is more for the upper management, whomever is in charge of billing and whomever has dealings with the unsolicited relocation moving of my belongings from Gotham Mini Storage in Manhattan NYC due to THEIR loss of LEASE. I never intended to relocate my belongings, I was offered TWO free months if I signed up with Secure Self Storage Queens NY and now I am being charged for the month of July which I had paid in full to Gotham Mini Storage. So I’ve been pleading to have my account cleared up and made to show paid to date, and my emails seem to be received but not actioned out. That is my only & MAJOR issue with this facilities (UPPER MANAGEMENT). Once my situation is resolved they will for sure deserve an official 5 star review but in the meantime I am about to be forced to take this matter up with BBB and some local media. I’ve tried in vain to avoid doing so, but I need to make sure my belongings are safe and NOT AUCTIONED.
